TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me you agree to the following:

  • The client confirms that they are the authorized owner of the payment method used and that the transaction was made by them.

  • This purchase is for a custom digital illustration service. No physical item will be shipped.

  • Filing a chargeback or unauthorized transaction claim after receiving the completed artwork may be considered fraudulent behavior.

  • All relevant evidence (communication, previews, and final delivery) will be provided to the payment provider.

  • I, AS AN ARTIST:

  • Maintain the right to post commissions and WIPs to my social media for advertising. (Exceptions apply only if the NDA option was selected at the time of ordering and the corresponding fee was paid)

  • YOU AS THE CLIENT

  • MAY print your commission for personal use.

  • May reprint your commission for a profit ONLY if you paid a fee for commercial use.

  • May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.

  • May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.

  • May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

General infoMy work times are on business days, I do not work on holidays or Sundays. ( Excluding sick days too)I don’t draw Gore, Mecha, Animals,WorkflowI'll make the sketch first, and after your check, feedback and approve, your commission will be proceeded to flat color and then final stage.Client approval of the preview stage confirms that the work meets the agreed requirements and allows the artist to proceed to final delivery.PaymentsFull paymentDue to the nature of digital custom work, refunds are not available after the client has approved the preview stage.Refunds will be issued in the event that the commission cannot be completed due to personal circumstances.REVISIONS2 Revisions and fixes are free in sketch stage, and small fixes on flat color and finished stages.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYThe deadline usually takes about a month or less (officially I indicate 2 months to protect myself in case of emergencies)The final artwork will be delivered digitally via the agreed platform or file-sharing method.COMMUNICATIONFeel free to write to me (on vgen/twitter/email) I will answer when I’m awake (my current time is indicated in my profile)All important confirmations (order details, approval, and delivery) will be documented through messages.By requesting and purchasing a digital illustration service, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
